At its center lies a striking T-shaped swimming pool anchored by a 19-meter lap lane, separating the main living pavilion from a dedicated yoga shala. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is defined by custom terrazzo floors, vaulted rattan ceilings, emerald marble countertops, and expansive glass that dissolves the boundary between indoors and out. A lofted workspace and TV area overlooks the great room, offering flexibility for work, rest, or extended stays.

Throughout the home, thoughtful craftsmanship takes precedence over perfection. Bespoke concrete tiles, locally made ceramics, and painted mural walls add warmth and personality, while modern comforts are discreetly integrated. A lower-level powder room with an outdoor natural stone rainfall shower provides a practical touch after beach days or swims.
