A spacious, quiet, luxurious villa is inspired by the Mid Century Modern (MCM) design movement, characterized by clean, simple lines and multiple outdoor views through large expanses of glass.

Renowned GM Architects departed from their signature soaring roofs to explore this design: a unique fusion that brings Palm Springs into a tropical environment. 

The villa is discreetly nestled and opens up into generous living, dining, and relaxing areas. The three bedrooms with private bathrooms all have their garden areas with separate views.

A 12.5-meter pool sits between a striking Indian Slate blade wall and a shaded pergola.

Including all staff: security, gardener, pool, manager and cleaning service (all come 3 times a week), banjar fee + trash collection fee. 

Excluding: Electricity, personal supplies (water gallon, toilet paper, etc), garam (salt) we use it as a double filtration throughout the entire house so the water is “softer” and potable.
