OUR PRINCIPAL
Gilles Demunter embarked on his professional journey in 2001 with the establishment of a multi-brand fashion boutique named Ultimo in his hometown, Belgium. The store boasted of a highly selective collection of luxury fashion labels, including Versace, Vivienne Westwood, Dsquared2, Thierry Mugler, John Galliano, and many others. This venture was a gateway to other significant opportunities, such as attending Fashion Weeks in Paris and Milan, where he had the chance to interact with prominent personalities internationally.
In 2012, Gilles transitioned from the fashion industry to the real estate sector. After five years of running a successful luxury fashion business, he decided to relocate his business to the other side of the world. Gilles continued his real estate venture by partnering with Indonesian-based Ridha R. Swahafi, a talented luxury interior designer. Ridha boasts an extensive portfolio of designing for notable brands such as Saint Louis Crystal & Puiforcat, Dimensione by Chi Wing Lo, Baker Furniture, and St Regis Jakarta with Bika Living.
Together, Gilles and Ridha initiated the establishment of GD&ASSOCIATES with the objective of creating a real estate firm that values authenticity and exclusivity.
